Trans Youth Jewelry Making Workshop
The non-profit Gender Affinity hosted a free full-day conference for trans youth in Houston, Texas, with various programming.
At the workshops, attendees left with a creation of their own making while being guided through a hands-on workshop.
Role: youth workshop development and lead
All supplies, handouts, setup needs, and management of attendees present were managed by me, and attendees felt comfortable enough to ask questions, ask for help, and express themeselves in our small group of 10.

While the workshop was hands-on, a handout was made for the attendees to reference and also to take home and reference with their parents later.
In it, it begins with an emphasis on the ability to get supplies at more sustainable sources located in the area.
This work was completed under the retired brand, Gato Curio, prior to the creation of 26 Moons Creative. Gato Curio was a passion project sharing art, intuitive services, and curiosities across Texas and online from 2020 to 2025.
The brand has since transitioned to Fulsome Switch.
